Weekly Tai Chi-Qigong, Fitness, Yoga

Join one or all of our Mind-Body Movement classes. Tuesdays: Chair Yoga, Yoga for Educators and Non-Educators, and Tai Chi/Qigong. Wednesdays: Restorative 'Chakra Informed' Yoga, Fridays: Gentle Embodied Yoga.

Private Pilates and Yin Yoga sessions are available.

Our Tai Chi-Qigong instructor works with all new students individually.
