Family Constellation

Experience the Family Constellation method: 

A therapy that explores how generational, unresolved family trauma or "systemic entanglements" shape an individual’s current behaviors, emotional issues, and relationships in a group role-play setting.

Participants act as "representatives" for the client's family members, physically arranging themselves to mimic the family structure, helping the client view the system from an outside perspective.

• Addressing Transgenerational Trauma: Addressing unexplained anxiety, depression, or behaviors by looking back at previous generations' traumas (e.g., suicide, murder, premature death, or war).

• Improving Relationships: Resolving long-standing conflicts with parents or siblings or overcoming patterns in choosing unavailable romantic partners.

• Healing Personal Struggles: Addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, phobias, or a persistent, undefinable feeling of unhappiness or being "stuck".
